IDDC provides a variety of services specially structured to tailor to any client’s project and development. At IDDC, we truly believe that in order to properly and efficiently execute a project, both Project Teams and Stakeholders must be sold on what is the intent and overall finish deliverable of the project. IDDC begins every project with a thorough technical and site assessment. This includes evaluating structural requirements, reviewing project feasibility, collecting engineering data, and consulting with clients and government bodies when necessary. Our team ensures that all decisions are based on accurate information, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
Once data is gathered, we develop detailed project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, subdivision or infrastructure planning, and structural design requirements. Our Principal Engineer has extensive experience preparing feasibility studies, cash-flow projections, and project implementation strategies for both government and private sector developments.
IDDC executes structural and civil engineering design across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. This stage includes structural drawings, subdivision layouts, parking lot engineering, reinforced concrete design, restoration plans, and coordination with contractors and inspectors to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with building standards.
We oversee the full project lifecycle — from design to completion. This includes construction monitoring, inspections, liaising with ministries and clients, and verifying that all work meets engineering, safety, and regulatory standards. Successful delivery of major projects including hotel restorations, port expansions, subdivisions, commercial buildings, and specialty structures.
